I think they left the rope in the hole thing they fell into. We could probably rustle something together from cedar tree roots, though. Or the nearest Pegasus equivalent. :)

Rodney does the best date talk. Of course, it would help if he knew he was on a date. The inhabitants of Atlantis seem to be generally long-suffering - except when their hold on Rodney's attention is threatened - no wonder Jennifer broke out the eyebrows of irritation!

It IS a gross waste of beer - John and Ronon are right. Especially since they have to drink the local brew once they run out of the last Daedalus shipment and it has an unfortunate tendency to not make Rodney drunk enough to take advantage of. Awww.
